Three years ago, Jake Chambers and his wife co-founded Pupsentials with a simple but powerful vision: there are two types of dogs in the world—other people’s dogs, and your dog.

Pupsentials was built to celebrate that uniqueness. Through hyper-custom pet embroidery, they allowed pet owners to transform a photo of their dog, cat, or any beloved pet into a meticulously embroidered design. Every stitch captured the essence of a cherished companion.

From the beginning, quality over cost was the foundation of the brand. Rather than competing on price, they focused on craftsmanship and premium materials. Unable to find suppliers who met their standards, they built their entire operation in-house, giving them complete control over quality and production.

Despite strong demand and a growing reputation, scaling profitably remained a challenge.

THE STRATEGY

1) The Challenge

Before working with RH, Pupsentials was growing, but without financial clarity. Their previous agency was generating high sales volume but low profitability. Revenue was increasing, but without the right tracking and reporting, they had no way to measure true success.
